These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Juniors To Go mobile application and website (the “Service”) operated by Juniors Mini Mart (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • A valid delivery address must be provided

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Payment fails

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the app.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Additional fees may apply:
    • Delivery fee
    • Service fee
    • Taxes (where applicable)

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before the store begins preparing the order
  • If items are unavailable

Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when:

  • Items are missing or incorrect
  • Items arrive damaged or spoiled
  • Orders are cancelled by us

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Graphics
